These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thrrive LLC (“Thrrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), effective as of May 31, 2026. By accessing or using the thrrive application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Thrrive is a personal net-worth tracker. It connects to your banks and brokerages in read-only mode (via Teller and SnapTrade), lets you add accounts manually, retrieves market prices, and can generate optional AI portfolio analyses. The Privacy Policy describes what each provider receives.
The Service is for informational purposes only. Thrrive cannot and does not initiate transfers, payments, trades, or any write operations on your financial accounts.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@thrrive.io if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Teller, SnapTrade, Yahoo Finance, Anthropic, and Railway. Your use of the Service may be subject to the separate terms and privacy policies of these providers. Thrrive initiates only read-only connections to Teller and SnapTrade; it cannot move money or execute trades on your behalf.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Any issues arising from your use of third-party services should be directed to those providers.
The Service and any AI-generated portfolio analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument, or to make any financial decision.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRRIVE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF DATA, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THRRIVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THRRIVE LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THRRIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THRRIVE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by contacting us at privacy@thrrive.io to request account deletion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 6 (No Warranty / Limitation of Liability), 9 (Governing Law), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in California.
